TRENCH 4"- 6" around house where soil meets foundation, Mask, windows, doors that are not to be painted. Hydroblast house, garage and eaves. Remove loose paintand loose stucco. Patch all cracks and damaged stucco. Sand wood trim where it's needed. Apply full coat of primer to entire house and trim. Apply full coat of premium paint on stucco, and wood trim. Do good clean-up and detailed work. walk inspection with home owner. Provide one year labor and material warranty. We replace dry rotten wood on wood trim.
